Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order or using our website. By purchasing from Thera Studios or using therastudios.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About Us

Thera Studios is a UK-based business selling premium digital art frames under the product name Thera Frame.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You are a UK resident placing an order for delivery to a UK address

  • The information you have provided is accurate and complete

3. Orders & Contract

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) listed. A contract is formed between you and Thera Studios only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or where we are unable to fulfil the order. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued promptly.

As each Thera Frame is handbuilt to order, please allow the processing time stated at checkout before dispatch.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your card details.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only. Orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated on our website and at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. For full details please see our Shipping Policy at therastudios.co.uk/shipping-policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee and a 2 year warranty on all Thera Frame products. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. For full details please see our Returns Policy at therastudios.co.uk/returns-policy.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications on our website are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that colours and finishes will appear exactly as shown on your screen due to variations in display settings.

As each Thera Frame is handbuilt, there may be minor variations between units. These are a natural result of the handbuilt process and do not constitute a defect.

8. Art Refresh Service

The Art Refresh Service is provided subject to the following conditions:

  • One complimentary art refresh per year is included with each Thera Frame purchase

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage to Thera Studios

  • Thera Studios will cover return postage back to the customer

  • The customer is responsible for packaging the frame securely for transit

  • Thera Studios cannot be held liable for damage caused during transit to us

  • Additional services such as professional cleaning are available at an additional charge

Thera Studios reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Art Refresh Service with reasonable notice. Existing entitlements will be honoured.

9. Warranty

Thera Frame is covered by a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect or unauthorised modification

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused during return transit where packaging was inadequate

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@therastudios.co.uk with your order number and details of the fault.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thera Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to property.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on therastudios.co.uk, including but not limited to logos, images, text, product names and branding, is the intellectual property of Thera Studios and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent.

12. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website at any time without notice.

We make every effort to keep our website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free from errors or interruptions. We are not liable for any loss arising from your inability to access our website.

13. Privacy
