Returns Policy

At Thera Studios we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have made our returns process as straightforward as possible. Please read this policy carefully before making a return.

1. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee on all Thera Frame purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return under our money back guarantee, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • In its original condition, unused and undamaged

  • Returned in its original packaging where possible

If you no longer have the original packaging, please pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

2. Your Statutory Rights

In addition to our 30 day money back guarantee, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a full refund if your item is:

  • Faulty or not as described

  • Not fit for purpose

  • Damaged upon arrival

Statutory rights apply for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund, and up to 6 months for a repair, replacement or partial refund.

3. Warranty Returns

Thera Frame comes with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period that is not caused by accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear, please contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.

For warranty claims, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the fault or issue

  • Photographs or video of the fault where possible

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Thera Frame arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@therastudios.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item and the packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible and cover all return shipping costs in these circumstances.

5. How to Make a Return

To initiate a return for any reason, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@therastudios.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or replacement promptly.

Please do not return items without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Who covers return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

Change of mind / 30 day guarantee: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: Thera Studios will cover all return shipping costs.

Warranty claim: Thera Studios will cover return shipping costs for valid warranty claims.

7. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take a further 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault, damage or error on our part.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been physically damaged by the customer after delivery

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (unless covered by warranty)

  • Items that have been modified or tampered with
