At Thera Studios we want your Thera Frame to arrive safely, promptly and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We plan to expand to international destinations in the future — if you are based outside the UK and are interested in placing an order, please get in touch at contact@therastudios.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum order value. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden delivery charges at checkout.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
As each Thera Frame is handbuilt to order, please allow [X] business days for your order to be processed and prepared before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information where available.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
Standard UK delivery: 2–5 business days
Please note these are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions or peak periods such as Christmas.
5. Couriers
We work with a combination of trusted courier partners to ensure your order is delivered safely. The courier used for your order will depend on the size and weight of your parcel and your delivery location. Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.
6. Packaging
Your Thera Frame is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We take great care in protecting your order during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please see our Returns Policy or contact us immediately at contact@therastudios.co.uk with photographs of the damage.
7. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Thera Studios cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your courier will typically leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply in this instance.
9. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@therastudios.co.uk and we will investigate with our courier partner on your behalf. We ask that you allow up to 10 business days from the dispatch date before reporting a parcel as lost, as courier delays can occasionally occur.
